Every Coweta family should log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal before school begins.
PowerSchool will serve several important functions for families this year. In addition to providing access to student information, the Parent Portal is where families will complete important district forms and agreements.
Through the Parent Portal, families can:
Complete required annual forms, including the Student Acceptable Use Policy and Electronic Device Loan Agreement
Verify important student and family information
View grades, attendance, schedules, and report cards
Access other important student information throughout the school year

📚 Important Update for Families: SB 1481 and Recess Requirements
Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, Oklahoma Senate Bill 1481 requires elementary students in grades Pre-K through 5th grade to receive at least 40 minutes of daily recess, doubling the previous minimum requirement.
Due to this new law all Elementaries and IGCs will begin school at 8:15 am. This WILL NOT affect the bus schedule or the last bell of the day, more information to come from each school site.
