Booster Club/PTO Sanctioning

For a Booster Club/PTO organization to be sanctioned in 2023-24, the President, Treasurer, and
school liaison (such as the Head Coach or Principal) must complete the District’s Mandatory
Training. If these three individuals have not completed this virtual training, the organization will
not be presented to the Board of Education for sanctioning.

To access the District's Mandatory Training, use this link. This year, there are two parts to the
application process: an online application (accessible through the Training) and an
Organizational Book that must be completed and submitted to the Educational Service Center
by June 30th.

We have retained a digital copy of your Organizational Book from the previous year. To access
all the 2-22 SY documents, please pick up your current Organizational Book from the ESC.
(Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm).
