Step One - Check Boundary Map

•  CPS District Boundary Map
  • If you're within the district boundary, select appropriate Elementary or Intermediate Grade Center based on your address.
  • If you still can't determine your school, please contact our Transporation office for help. (918) 486-5005

Step Two - Gather Your Documents

• Student(s) Birth Certificate
• Proof of residence (one of the following)
  • Current utility bill (can not be a cut-off notice)
  • Lease Agreement
• Immunization record or signed exemption form
  •  Immunization Requirements
• Parent/Guardian State-issued Photo ID
• CDIB Card/Membership Card
  • If applicable, Native American citizenship registration card and/or membership card.

Step Three - Navigate to School Site for Enrollment Packet

• Central Elementary (Grades K-3)
• Northwest Elementary (Grades K-3)
• Southside Elementary (Grades K-3)
• Heritage Intermediate Grade Center (Grades 4th-6th)
• Mission Intermediate Grade Center (Grades 4th-6th)
• Sloat Junior High School (Grades 7th-8th)
• Coweta Intermediate High School (9th Grade)
• Coweta High School (Grades 10th-12th)

Step Four - Return your Forms and Documents to the School
