Cathy Ellison

I am currently the counselor at Heritage Intermediate Grade Center. My Master's is in Counseling Pyschology at Northeastern State University. The hobbies I enjoy are four-wheeling, camping, boating and fishing.

Ashlea Eischen

Ashlea Eischen has been teaching in the Coweta School District for 23 years. She has taught Sixth grade Science, Reading, and Math. She is a member of the CEA negotiations team and treasurer. In her free time she spends it with her husband Ben and kids Avery and Emersyn Eischen.

Susan Landers

Susan Landers has 22 years of experience in library with 16 years at Coweta. She has been a librarian at Claremore Jr. College and started the first Elem. library in Inola. She has a BA degree in library from NSU with graduate courses from OU. She has lived in Oklahoma all her life except for 1 1/2 years in California while her husband was in the Marines. Her hobbies are gardening, cooking and reading.

Barbara Kilgore

Graduated from NSU in 1996.
Taught in Coweta Public Schools for 18 yr.
My husband and I have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

Jacob Wright

I am Jacob Wright and have been an assistant band director with Coweta Public Schools since June 2015. Before Coweta, I taught math in Tulsa Public Schools through Teach for America. As well as math I received a bachelor's degree in music education from Capital University in Columbus, OH. In addition to teaching at Coweta, I sing in the Tulsa Oratorio Chorus and teach at Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps in Milwaukee, WI."

Rhonda Carlile

My name is Rhonda Carlile. I received my teaching degree from NSU and I am a National Board Certified Teacher. This is my 21st year to teach and all 21 years have been taught in Coweta. Presently, I teach 5th grade Science, Reading, and Language Arts.

Cindy Murray

I grew up in Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University. I have taught for 22 years
(17 years in Coweta). I currently teach 5th grade. I am married and have two sons.

Erin Cochran

I graduated from the University of Arkansas- Fort Smith. My degree is in Middle Level Education. I started teaching in 2009. I have 3 dogs- Emma, Maggie and Bo. I love the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Julie Spohn

I am Julie Spohn, Heritage Remedial Specialist. I began working in Coweta in 1999 as a 6th Grade Reading teacher. After teaching Reading and Social Studies, I taught 15 years of 6th grade math before moving to the position of Remedial Specialist.

Stacy Cochran

My name is Stacy Cochran. I grew up in Tahlequah, Ok, and graduated from high school there. I received my Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, and Administrative Certificate from NSU. I have taught in Coweta for 37 years. I have two grown children, and one grandson.

Shanna Martray

My name is Shanna Martray and I am the music teacher at Heritage IGC. I grew up in Pottsville,
Arkansas, and received my education in vocal music from Arkansas Tech University in 2010. This
is my fifth year of teaching and I am so excited to be at Coweta!
I have been married to my husband, Bryan, for five years and we have one little dog, named
Gizmo. Some of my hobbies are singing, spending time with my husband, hiking, walking my
dog, going to church, and traveling. I love teaching and strive to make a difference in every child's life. I hope to instill in them a love for music that will last a lifetime!

Kenli Stanfill

I graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2008. I started working for Coweta in 2011 at Central Elementary. I am very excited to be a Tiger once again!! I grew up in the small town of Westville, OK. I have two children, Riley who is in 6th grade this year and Jaxson who is in 2nd grade. In my free time I enjoy running, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Nathan Akehurst

I graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2009, I am currently working toward my Master's degree. I started working for Coweta in 2011 at Central Elementary. I received teacher of the year for Heritage IGC 2014-2015! I grew up in the small town of Haskell, OK. I have a beautiful wife Candy and two children Abby and Gavin. In my free time I enjoy running, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Angela Tackett

I have lived in Coweta my entire life and attended Coweta Public Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. I received my degree from Northeastern State University. I have been married to Brad Tackett for almost 25 years and we have two children. Our daughter, Taylor, 20, is a student at TCC, and our son, Austin, 17, is a senior at Coweta High School. We are members of The Assembly in Broken Arrow. I have taught grades 3 and 4 in the Coweta school system for 17 years. I also taught in a Christian pre-school for seven years. I love teaching and I am so thankful for the privilege of being a part of my students' lives. It is my desire to make a difference and influence them in a positive way.

Jennifer Bradley

I am Jennifer Bradley! I have taught a total of 16 years. 1 year in Muskogee, 11 in Wagoner, and 4 in Coweta. I was a regular classroom teacher 5 of those years before changing to Art. Upon entering this district, I knew I was home within the system and Heritage IGC! Art is constantly growing and changing by adding old with the new. I love for guests to visit our classroom and participate with the students where you are always welcome. I have a wonderful family. My husband of almost 25 years, is a registered nurse and my support as well my life mate. We have three wonderful children.
My oldest child, Lance is studying computer programming and wife, Elissa is studying child psychology. My daughter, Jessica is studying elementary education and husband, Brad is going into law enforcement. They will be blessing me with my first granddaughter, Bella, in December of this year. My baby boy, Luke, is a freshmen here at Coweta and current goal is entering the US Naval academy.

Tiffany Matthews

Hello! My name is Tiffany Matthews and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist. This is my 14th year as a school SLP. I have a wonderful husband named Randy and we have 1 daughter, Macee. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and being on the lake. I love what I do and love making a difference in your child's life!

Wendy Yelton

I consider it an important responsibility and a privilege to teach children. My goal each year is to prepare my students for fifth grade while having fun in the process.

Amber Niles

I grew up in Broken Arrow and graduated from Broken Arrow High School. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2009. I currently live in Jenks with my husband, Neil. This is my fifth year teaching at Heritage IGC. Go Tigers!

Lisa Potts

This is my 25th year to teach in Coweta. I have taught 6th grade English for my entire career. I am a "word nerd"!! I love the English language and I love helping my students learn how to use it in the most effective way possible. I live in Tulsa with my husband, Robert, and our two children, Trey and Bethany.

Amanda Burleson

My name is Amanda Burleson and I am a resource teacher at Heritage. I received my education at Northeastern State University. I am married to my husband, Mathew and have one daughter, Faith. We have three fur babies. Two dogs, Autumn and James and a chinchilla named Chimi.

Shiann Myers

My name is Shiann Myers. This is my 15th year teaching math - my second year at Heritage.
I have 4 children - Chance-19, Riley-17, Bret-10, Ashley – 10.
I enjoy going to church, scrapbooking, and reading. Married for 23 years to a wonderful man who is going to take me on an Alaskan cruise - hopefully sometime soon!

Billie Jean Wheeler

I am a Reading & Language Resource classroom teacher at Heritage IGC. I have taught in Coweta for 7 years. I taught for 11 years in Henryetta prior to coming to Coweta. I grew up and graduated from high school in Henryetta in 1992. I attended college at Connors State College and graduated with my Associate's degree in Science in 1994. I then transferred to NSU and completed my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education in 1996.

I have been married for 23 years to my husband Brett. He manages a marble & granite
importing company in Broken Arrow and is a bi-vocational Pastor, as well. We planted CrossPoint
Baptist Church in Coweta last year. Together, we have 3 amazing kiddos. Brayden is 20, attends
TCC, Payden is 16, a Sophomore at Coweta High School, and Cayden is 11, a 5th grade student
at Heritage.

In my time out of the classroom, I spend lots of time watching my kids play soccer, football,
basketball, and lots of horseback riding. We love anything outdoors! We are very busy with children
and youth activities with our church.

Angela Raunikar

My name is Angela Raunikar and I am a graduate of Northeastern State University. I have 16 years' experience teaching in public schools. The past 12 years have been here at Coweta Public Schools.
I am married to my best friend, Roy. We have three children Sheena, Sarah, and Evan. We have been married for 32 years. We enjoy snow skiing, water sports, and our adorable grandson "Cooper".

Hannah Christy

My name is Hannah Christy and I graduated NSU in the Spring of 2017. I started my teaching career here in Coweta in the 2017-2018 school year in the fourth grade. Although I spent my whole life in Wagoner I love working here at HIGC. I come from a long line of teachers that include my mother, my father, and my older middle sister. I attend Life.Church in Broken Arrow. I have two older sisters who have brought me the title of aunt to two girls (Clara and Emilynn) and two boys (Colton and Levi). I have only begun my journey and I cannot wait to see where it and God take me!

Emily Adams-Massey

My name is Emily Adams-Massey is the sixth grade reading teacher. She has been teaching sixth grade reading for over 20 years. She is married and has two daughters, Michal and Jamie. Michal is a teacher. Jamie is a para legal and also a registered nurse. She enjoys spending time with her family especially her five grandchildren. One night a week she does lay grief counseling through the Hope Center in Broken Arrow. She enjoys traveling and visiting historical sites.


I am the 5th grade Language Arts teacher at Heritage. I graduated NSU with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1994. I worked for Coweta as a teacher's assistant for 7 years before receiving my certification to teach in 2015. I taught 2nd grade in Wagoner last year, but I'm very excited to be back in Coweta. I am married to my husband, Paul and I have 2 grown children, Bryce and Kirsten.

Danny Williamson

I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and my name is Danny Williamson, Jr. Most people in Coweta know me as "Coach Dan" since I've been involved in coaching the youth of this community for the past 25 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree from NSU and most of my Master's work has been with OU. I retired as the Assistant Superintendent of the Tulsa County Juvenile Court's Detention Home and pursued a second career in teaching; so I could give back to the community that has given so much to my family and me. I transferred from teaching 10 years at the CJH and now currently assigned to teach 6th grade Social Studies at Heritage IGC. In 1983, I married my wife (Mary), who is the love of my life and biggest supporter. After being raised in Ohio and after serving as a MP, K9 Handler/Kennelmaster, and Criminal Investigator (CID) in the Marine Corps; we moved here from California with our two children. My daughter (Kaylene) and son (Danny III) both attended Coweta Public Schools from K-12; and both graduated Valedictorians of their class. Since then, both have also graduated from OU and are now working as successful Engineers. At the end of 2016, Kaylene will have successfully finished Law School with Texas A&M. For fun, I love to fish. Every year I go to Canada to catch walleye. But if I'm not fishing; I am spending time with my 3 grandkids, watching Coweta sporting events, or I am a attending Life Church. My goal is to make education fun and develop lifelong learners.
